Randstad is seeking a Process Engineer to work in a high-performance production environment, linking production, quality assurance, and maintenance. The role leads root-cause analyses and CAPA investigations, performs equipment qualification and validation, analyzes production data, drives Lean/Six Sigma improvement projects, and manages change requests and technical documentation. Candidates need an engineering degree, at least three years of relevant experience, GMP and regulatory knowledge, and fluent Swedish and English.
