Description
The Process Engineer (gn) will analyze and optimize machinery and production processes, implement TPM standards, develop safety concepts, conduct continuous-improvement and root-cause analyses, monitor machine performance, design production workflows, oversee technical projects, train operators, and coordinate between Production, Engineering, and Quality Assurance. The role requires a technical degree or equivalent, experience with production workflows and process improvement, knowledge of Lean Management, TPM, or Kaizen, strong German and English communication skills, and fluent German and English. It is a full-time position starting 01.10.2026 in Elmshorn.
