Description
Samtec, Inc. is hiring a Process Engineer to evaluate and improve manufacturing processes, configure production systems, reduce costs and changeovers, improve quality and sustainability, and develop best practices. The role involves design of experiments, Six Sigma DMAIC, statistical process capability studies, engineering calculations, incident investigations, FMEA and PFMEA, automated and non-automated equipment programming, material tracking, and guidance to engineering and operations teams. Candidates need at least five years of process engineering experience, a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience, strong analytical and computer skills, and the ability to sit or stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes.
