The Process Engineer I develops, implements, and improves manufacturing processes in a high-volume automotive production environment, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, equipment integration, automation, capacity, line balancing, Lean Manufacturing, ergonomics, and engineering change implementation. The role requires a relevant bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of automotive manufacturing engineering experience, with SAP, BOM/MRP, ECN, robotics, automation, equipment launch, capital project, and JIT knowledge preferred.
