The role monitors unit processes and product quality, troubleshoots equipment, maintains P&IDs, develops procedures, manages process changes, and ensures compliance with safety and environmental programs. No prior experience is required, but 1–2 years of project and equipment management experience is preferred; a B.S. degree in chemical engineering or a related engineering major is required.
