Description
Plymouth Tube is hiring a Process Engineer I to support continuous improvement and enhance manufacturing operations. The role focuses on process optimization, equipment improvement projects, metallurgical analysis, raw material optimization, furnace and heat-treat enhancements, process control, layout design, CAD work, project management, troubleshooting, APQP support, and training production personnel. The position requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, metallurgical, or related engineering or equivalent experience, strong project management and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with CAD, database software, Microsoft Office, and SolidWorks. The work environment involves manufacturing equipment, moving mechanical parts, electrical hazards, and occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles.
