Description
Toray Advanced Composites is hiring a Process Engineer I to work under the guidance of a senior process engineer and take technical ownership of continuous production processes for thermoplastic composite materials. The role focuses on process control, troubleshooting, quality and waste reduction, documentation, process improvements, equipment upgrades, and support for new product development and production integration. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or materials science field, less than three years of composite materials or aerospace manufacturing experience, and the ability to work with multiple teams and during off hours when needed.
