Genetix Biotherapeutics is hiring a full-time Process Engineer II for its Manufacturing Sciences and Technology team in a hybrid Somerville, Massachusetts office. The role supports cGMP autologous cell therapy production, technology transfer, process investigations, continuous improvement, cross-functional project coordination, technical documentation, statistical analysis, and engineering and process performance qualification runs. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, life sciences, or a related field, 3–5 years of biopharma manufacturing, MS&T, or CMC experience, and experience in cGMP manufacturing, technology transfer, and process support. The base salary is $90,000–$116,000 USD, with an annual bonus and long-term incentive eligibility.
