EVERY™ is hiring a Downstream Process Engineer II to optimize downstream biomanufacturing processes through laboratory experimentation, pilot-scale testing, and commercial-scale implementation. The role performs unit operations such as TFF, depth filtration, chromatography, and spray drying; develops and reviews tech-transfer documentation; coordinates with equipment vendors and CMOs; analyzes process data; and supports scale-up activities. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree, three years of industry experience, practical knowledge of downstream unit operations, and experience with external tech transfers. The position offers 100% medical, dental, and vision coverage, a $96,467–$110,261 pay range, and requires international travel of up to 25% and U.S. work authorization.
