Description
The Process Engineer II serves as a frontline technical leader in the Hillsboro plant, overseeing the stable, safe, and efficient operation of a major process unit. The role manages quality assurance technicians, develops control procedures and operating parameters, troubleshoots process deviations, leads process redesign and optimization projects, and collaborates with production, maintenance, quality, and other functions. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related science, at least three years of industrial continuous-process manufacturing experience, two years of manufacturing-process troubleshooting experience, and strong analytical, project-management, and communication skills. The position offers a base salary of USD 94,000 to USD 120,000 and does not offer visa sponsorship.
