Description
Kincell Bio is hiring a Process Engineer II to lead complex technical work across multiple cell therapy unit operations or an integrated process segment. The role owns process characterization, engineering, comparability, optimization, technology transfer, validation, deviation investigations, statistical process improvement, equipment and technology assessments, SOP and regulatory documentation, client technical communication, audits, and mentorship of Associate Process Engineers and Process Engineers I. The position is 100% on-site in Gainesville, Florida, requires GMP cleanroom work, and may involve non-standard hours and occasional travel.
