Description
Printpack is seeking a Process Engineer II or III to support and improve manufacturing operations in a packaging environment. The role focuses on troubleshooting press and process issues, driving continuous improvement with data-driven methods such as SPC, DMAIC, Six Sigma, and DOE, leading cross-functional projects, standardizing procedures, supporting R&D trials, mentoring junior staff, managing equipment reliability and maintenance strategies, and ensuring safety and compliance. The position is based in a manufacturing setting with a Monday-Friday schedule and a mix of office and production floor work.
