The role includes process design reviews, raw material and product qualification, PPA/FMEA, statistical process control training, compliance audits, and coordination of plant trials with R&D. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least five years of process engineering experience, team leadership ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, PLC, and AutoCAD. The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a base salary range of $88,006 to $121,009, with medical, dental, and vision coverage.
