Description
Robert Bosch Semiconductor Manufacturing Dresden GmbH is hiring a Process Engineer Implant to manage and improve semiconductor implantation processes and equipment. The role focuses on recipe development, process stability, equipment availability, yield and quality improvement, issue resolution, statistical process controls, approval processes, equipment adaptation and procurement, new manufacturing process development, and technology transfers. It requires a Diploma or Master's degree in a relevant engineering or science field, initial practical experience in implantation—preferably 300 mm semiconductor technology—data analysis, quality and problem-solving methods, Office proficiency, and excellent German and English. The position is initially limited to two years.
