Description
Chromalloy is hiring a Process Engineer – Injection Molding in Windsor, Connecticut to support the repair and overhaul of critical gas turbine engine components. The role focuses on designing and optimizing low-pressure hand-injected resin molds, developing resin molding and protective-coating processes, troubleshooting manufacturing defects, supporting production operations, developing process tooling and documentation, and driving continuous improvement. The position is on-site with occasional travel, requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related science-based discipline and at least three years of manufacturing engineering experience, and is limited to U.S. persons.
