Description
The Process Engineer will support SEL’s Inspection System team by specifying, validating, and continuously improving SPI, AOI, and AXI inspection systems across multiple factories and product families. The role involves engineering support, equipment and materials development, process improvement, statistical root-cause analysis, acceptance-criteria development, supplier collaboration, and cross-functional teamwork. It requires a B.S. in Engineering, two years of process-development experience in a related world-class manufacturing company, project-management experience, statistical process-capability knowledge, and strong communication skills. The position is based in Lewiston, Idaho, with a stated annual pay range of $97,700 to $144,400 and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
