Mondelēz International is hiring a Process Engineer Intern for its Production Department in Montornés del Vallès, Spain. The 12-month early-career internship focuses on production-line loss analysis and eradication, Lean problem solving, technical issue resolution, efficiency and downtime reduction, cost-saving projects, change management, and process standardization in collaboration with operations, maintenance, quality, security, and logistics. Candidates should be Industrial or Mechanical Engineering students or recent graduates, fluent in Spanish with intermediate or better English, and able to manage projects, use advanced PC tools, analyze data, coach employees, and work effectively in leadership and teamwork settings. Compensation is 950 euros, with no relocation support available.
