The role focuses on improving product performance and manufacturing yield, quality, cycle time, and productivity; investigating processing and equipment factors; leading improvement projects; qualifying new products and recipes; and supporting production-floor manufacturability. Candidates should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering or manufacturing discipline, familiarity with manufacturing or process-improvement environments, Excel and productivity-tool skills, and strong English communication skills.
