Packaging Corporation of America is hiring a Process Engineer for its International Falls, Minnesota Paper Mill. The role provides technical and operating support across optimization, energy, cost savings, process studies, technology implementation, and operator training; includes project and development work; and supports orientation and skill development across process areas. A bachelor's degree in engineering is required, along with U.S. work authorization and a valid driver's license. Co-op or intern experience in manufacturing is preferred. The starting salary range is $86,000 to $127,200, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
