Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Process Engineer in Santa Clara, California, to design and optimize manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor technologies. The role involves process experiments, data analysis, hardware characterization, root-cause troubleshooting, film-property measurement, technical documentation, customer issue resolution, vendor and supplier coordination, and implementation of new technologies and analytical instrumentation. The position requires a PhD in a related field with relevant industry experience, or an MS degree with at least three years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least seven years of related experience. The salary range is $147,000 to $202,500, with 10% travel and relocation eligibility.
