Molex is hiring a Process Engineer to support new product development and process improvement for its Engineering department and subcontractors. The role covers production process design, line setup, process and material flow, PFMEA, yield improvement, line qualification, process capability studies, technical documentation, cost and COPQ optimization, equipment and production planning, and production-line supervision. The working location is the Local Assembly in Gelang Patah, and the position requires a degree or diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Production Engineering, along with process improvement, quality-system, teamwork, and initiative skills.
