Description
The Junior Process Engineer will support cement-plant production systems by conducting process-flow studies, planning and coordinating improvement projects, analyzing equipment shutdowns, recommending operational and control changes, and supporting plant personnel. The role also includes safety and environmental compliance activities, on-call coverage, and coordination with plant supervisors, maintenance planners, and automation engineers. A BS in Engineering is required, with Chemical Engineering preferred; two to four years of operations experience is required, while cement experience is preferred but not required.
