Description
The Process Engineer – Leadframe Process & Tooling Expert will own and sustain Lead Lock Tape and Lead Trimming assembly processes in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment. The role covers process optimization, tooling support and troubleshooting, yield and quality improvement, process capability and statistical analysis, NPI and ramp-up activities, scrap and cycle-time reduction, documentation, vendor coordination, and operator training. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field and at least five years of semiconductor assembly or manufacturing process engineering experience, with leadframe process expertise preferred.
