AFRY is hiring a Process Engineer for its Life Science team in Gothenburg to work on customer assignments and internal projects involving process design, technical decisions, and delivery in complex GMP-regulated environments. The role covers manufacturing process optimization, GMP/GxP and regulatory compliance, requirements specifications, equipment selection and qualification, risk analyses, and cross-functional collaboration with QA, validation, automation, HVAC, and project management. Candidates need an engineering degree, at least three years of process engineering experience in pharmaceutical, MedTech, biotech, or Life Science, GMP experience, and proficiency in process design, scale-up, validation, technical documentation, P&IDs, and Swedish and English communication.
