STMicroelectronics is hiring a Shift Process Engineer in Singapore to manage daily semiconductor line operations, operate and troubleshoot photolithography tools, decide lot disposition in out-of-spec situations, execute engineering tasks, and support operator and APE/PT training. The role follows a rotating day/night shift pattern every two weeks and requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, semiconductor process knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills, and teamwork and documentation abilities; 1–2 years of photolithography experience is preferred.
