Coherent is hiring a Process Engineer for its Lithography area in Sweden’s indium phosphide wafer fabrication facility. The role owns lithography processes for production and development, supports stable and capable manufacturing, develops procedures and training, applies statistical process control, leads equipment and process qualification, drives continuous improvement, and collaborates with production, R&D, maintenance, and external suppliers. The posting seeks a hands-on engineer with a relevant master’s or PhD, semiconductor fabrication experience, lithography and InP knowledge, analytical problem-solving skills, and strong technical documentation and collaboration abilities.
