Description
Coherent is hiring a Process Engineer for its lithography area in Sweden’s indium phosphide wafer fabrication facility. The role combines hands-on production support with process development, qualification, statistical process control, equipment qualification, new equipment investments, continuous improvement, and technical documentation. The engineer will work with Production, Process Integration, R&D, Maintenance, technicians, suppliers, and colleagues across Coherent sites, and should ideally have a Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant technical discipline, semiconductor fabrication experience, and strong analytical and communication skills.
