The role involves managing stopped production batches, qualifying new equipment and materials, supporting new-product startups, improving tool uptime, maintaining standardized process modules, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. Candidates should have a master's degree in engineering or a related field, strong documentation and quality-management skills, English communication skills, and the ability to identify and manage process improvements.
