Description
STMicroelectronics is hiring a Process Engineer (Lithography) to develop and optimize photolithography processes for semiconductor manufacturing, monitor and control process quality, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, document procedures, and support continuous improvement. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or science field, knowledge of photolithography and semiconductor processes, data analysis and statistical process control skills, experience with photolithography equipment, and strong communication and teamwork abilities.
