Description
The role is a semiconductor lithography process engineer responsible for developing, optimizing, monitoring, and troubleshooting Canon Stepper / EVG620 and DNS / SVG track processes. Responsibilities include defining lithography recipes, conducting experiments, analyzing process and defect data, performing SPC and root-cause analysis, supporting tool qualification and technology transfer, documenting process changes, and leading continuous-improvement initiatives. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or materials science field and hands-on experience with semiconductor lithography process engineering, Canon Stepper / EVG620, DNS / SVG tracks, process monitoring, SPC, troubleshooting, and yield improvement.
