Description
Eaton is hiring a Process Engineer to design, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes for low-voltage switchgear and related products at its Suchdol nad Lužnicí plant. The role covers end-to-end process flow, workstation and line design, lean and continuous improvement, labor standards, capacity planning, KPI monitoring, and the engineering-to-production interface, including DFM/DFA and production systems. Candidates need a technical degree and at least three years of manufacturing or process engineering experience, with electromechanical assembly, lean manufacturing, technical drawing, wiring, copper processing, and Czech/Slovak fluency preferred or required.
