Description
The Process Engineer will bridge product development and production by transferring new findings into manufacturing processes, planning work procedures and equipment use, developing and implementing production methods, monitoring quality and KPIs, reducing non-value-added steps, and organizing employee training. The role requires a degree in process engineering, chemical engineering, or a comparable technical qualification relevant to plastics or chemical processing, knowledge of quality and process management methods, strong analytical and communication skills, and very good German; English is an advantage.
