Description
The Process Engineer will develop, optimize, and industrialize manufacturing processes for filter media, supporting the transfer of products from laboratory and pilot-plant trials through ramp-up to stable series production. The role involves creating process specifications, analyzing production deviations, improving quality and plant availability, and contributing to technology and investment projects while collaborating with R&D, Production, Quality, Engineering, and Purchasing. A relevant engineering or materials science degree or equivalent hands-on experience is required, along with experience in developing and industrializing technical production processes; experience with filter media, nonwovens, or adsorption technologies is advantageous. The position requires strong German and English skills and offers training and development opportunities.
