Description
The Process Engineer – Machine Shop will own and optimize CNC manufacturing processes, analyze and improve milling, turning, drilling, grinding, creep-feed grinding, and additive manufacturing methods, diagnose faults, validate and stabilize processes, consult with engineering, quality, and production planning, lead technology and innovation projects, create technical documentation, support complex custom parts and prototypes, and train employees. The role requires a relevant degree, vocational training, or experience; process-optimization and Lean Management skills; data-analysis ability; and experience with tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
