Description
Sensient Technologies is hiring a Process Engineer Manager to lead process engineering at its manufacturing site in Lerma, Mexico. The role manages production processes and variables, develops and launches new manufacturing processes, supports equipment installation and qualification, mitigates process risks, and drives continuous improvement across efficiency, capacity, quality, safety, and reliability. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, 7–10 years of process engineering experience, people management experience, plant-level process control expertise, and English proficiency. The role is onsite five days per week, with collaboration onsite and in the field.
