Description
The Process Engineer supports assigned manufacturing lines and processes at BD’s Sumter, South Carolina facility, leading troubleshooting, process improvement, equipment optimization, capital projects, automation, reliability, quality, and cost initiatives. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, experience with highly automated manufacturing equipment in a regulated production environment, and strong technical, analytical, project-management, and leadership capabilities. Approximately 70% or more of the work is spent in manufacturing areas.
