Description
The role is responsible for introducing new product lines, validating processes, troubleshooting production equipment and process issues, reducing scrap and downtime, and improving productivity and quality. It also involves training junior engineers, managing spare parts and consumables inventory, and applying PFMEA, CP, error-proofing, work instructions, TPM, I4.0, and big-data knowledge. The position requires a mechanical or electrical engineering degree, at least five years of experience in electronic or mechanical manufacturing, at least two years of team-management experience, and English proficiency.
