Description
Cablex is hiring an experienced Process Engineer to help launch a new UK manufacturing facility and establish aerospace and defence production from the ground up. The role focuses on developing and optimising manufacturing processes, tooling, jigs, and fixtures; supporting electro‑mechanical and electrical assemblies; driving continuous improvement; resolving shop‑floor build issues; supporting NPI and industrialisation; and ensuring compliance with AS9100, IPC, DEF‑STAN, and related standards. Candidates should have a degree or equivalent experience in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, plus proven process or manufacturing engineering experience in a regulated industry. The position requires the right to work in the UK and the ability to obtain BPSS or SC security clearance.
