Description
The Metrology Process Operations Engineer oversees and optimizes metrology processes in a semiconductor manufacturing environment, including creating thickness and CD product recipes, developing tool crisis and downtime-mitigation plans, managing metrology technicians, and supporting capacity, production moves, cycle time, and output. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, or a related field, or a diploma with five years of relevant experience, along with metrology operations experience, measurement-system knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills.
