Description
The R&D Process Engineer supports new product development, commercialization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement in the Engineering Solutions team. The role focuses on injection-molding process optimization, material and additive qualification, design of experiments, mold validation, root-cause analysis, process control, and technical leadership and training of process technicians. It requires at least five years of hands-on process-engineering experience, an engineering degree, and local availability for the MRP manufacturing site in Somerset, New Jersey, with 25% domestic travel.
