Description
MRP Solutions is hiring a Process Engineer to develop, qualify, and optimize injection molding processes for plastic closures, jars, and packaging components. The role supports manufacturing with process, machine, and mold issues; performs resin, design-of-experiments, cavity-balance, pack/hold, rheology, and clamp-tonnage studies; conducts root-cause analysis; and provides technical leadership, training, and mentorship. The position requires at least seven years of hands-on process-engineering experience, an engineering degree, and must be based at the MRP manufacturing site in Somerset, New Jersey, with less than 25% domestic travel.
