ATS Mexico is hiring a Continuous Improvement Process Engineer to analyze production processes, apply Kaizen and other continuous-improvement methods, monitor OEE and productivity KPIs, analyze data and solve problems, optimize processes and reduce waste, standardize technical documentation, support engineering and production teams, and manage vendors. The role requires a mechanical administration or manufacturing engineering degree, experience in process or manufacturing engineering focused on continuous improvement and production optimization, and availability to work rotating shifts.
