Description
The Process Engineer will provide engineering leadership and technical support for quality, cost, and delivery objectives, lead yield, process, and cost improvement activities, support root-cause investigations and corrective actions, and lead new equipment or new-product setup for Packaging and Auto VI processes. The role also supports automation projects using AI, RPA, Power Automate, and software integration, while maintaining technical specifications, PFMEA, control plans, and equipment recipes. A degree in engineering or equivalent is required, with semiconductor manufacturing or process engineering experience preferred.
