Description
Rocket EMS is hiring a Process Engineer – PCB Assembly to develop, qualify, optimize, and sustain production processes for printed circuit board assemblies. The role covers SMT, through-hole, soldering, cleaning, conformal coating, mechanical assembly, process validation, yield analysis, root-cause investigations, work instructions, tooling, operator training, and production-floor problem resolution. It requires at least three years of process or manufacturing engineering experience in PCBA or electronics manufacturing, with a preferred bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field. The position is an 8-hour Monday–Friday shift with overtime and weekends as needed, pays $75,000–$95,000 USD, and includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
