Laporte is hiring a Process Engineer in Toronto to support pharmaceutical and biotechnology projects from conceptual and preliminary design through detailed engineering, procurement, construction support, and commissioning. The role focuses on clean utilities, sterile and fill-finish operations, process systems, equipment specifications, vendor reviews, procurement, design coordination, risk reviews, and site activities. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering or a related discipline, at least three years of relevant process engineering experience, and familiarity with pharmaceutical engineering standards, clean utilities, sanitary systems, and engineering software.
