Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Photomask Inspection Engineer / Process Engineer at its Center (MTC) to start up, develop, optimize, and sustain reticle inspection and inspection-related processes, including EUV inspection, Automatic Defect Classification, defect avoidance, sensitivity tuning, and advanced data analysis. The role also covers manufacturing issue diagnosis, yield and cost improvement, tool and equipment monitoring, qualification of new inspection capabilities, and technical leadership through mentoring and training. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, Optics, or Mathematics, at least two years of reticle or wafer inspection experience, and experience with inspection sensitivity optimization and ADC systems.
