Berg Pipe is hiring a full-time Process Engineer, Pipe Production for its Panama City, Florida location. The role leads continuous improvement and process reengineering projects, conducts safety audits, trains employees, develops production procedures and reporting systems, analyzes processes with value-stream and flowcharting tools, establishes process metrics, manages equipment setup, and supports change management and environmental compliance. The position requires a college degree in engineering or equivalent related experience, at least three years of relevant business or project management experience, cross-functional team leadership, Microsoft Office proficiency, and preferably statistical analysis or heavy industrial manufacturing experience.
