Description
The role manages and standardizes post-cast manufacturing processes using scientific methods, Six Sigma, and related process-management tools. Responsibilities include coordinating rework, scrap, engineering, vendors, customers, capital requests, purchasing, budgets, product criteria, activity instructions, operator training, and compliance with customer and NADCAP requirements. The position requires a BS in Engineering, U.S. work authorization, and preferably experience in investment casting, knowledge of vacuum systems and PLCs, statistical analysis, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing.
