Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will support Plant 5’s Ti-Cast Operation through process control, improvement, work-instruction development, customer and internal-stakeholder coordination, cost and budget management, and equipment reliability. The role uses scientific-method and Six Sigma tools, analyzes yield, labor, and materials data, supports NPI and production meetings, investigates deviations and customer escapes, and acts as a liaison between manufacturing, engineering, and facilities. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required; Materials or Metallurgical Engineering is preferred, along with relevant experience and analytical, communication, and quality-management skills.
