Description
The Process Engineer Printing, Coating & Lamination will monitor production processes, analyze bottlenecks, and implement improvements in quality, productivity, and energy consumption. The role supports production and R&D through testing new raw materials, finishes, and applications, coordinating machine purchasing or commissioning, and collaborating with operators, team leads, and other departments. It requires a master’s degree in chemistry, textile technology, or a related field plus at least five years of relevant experience, or a relevant bachelor’s degree with extensive experience. The position is full-time, offers a 40-hour workweek, and includes hospitalization and group insurance.
